Kate Gosselin claims that $230,000 of the $231,000 was withdrawn from the account while sobbing, “I can’t pay my bills.”

Earlier in the year, Kate had made a similar move by removing $100,000 from the account to keep it safe, claiming, “I had taken $100,000 and put it aside safely so I could buy my kids food if needed.”
