Jump Through the Hoops to get a Free Palm Pre

By Shane Craver on September 28, 2009

Sprint's answer to the iPhone, the Palm Pre, hasn't been doing too well despite the largest bit of pre-launch hype we've seen since the iPhone.

Competition from other smart phones isn't helping such as T-Mobile's myTouch with its heavy celebrity endorsements and ad campaigns featuring the eclectic grouping of Whoppi Goldberg, Jesse James and Phil Jackson.

The Pre is made by Palm the trailblazer of smart phones so it has been reviewed as having some very strong qualities and is built on a Linux operating system.

So the question to ask today is: "Is this phone worth $0"

The obvious answer is yes, but if you have to switch to the Sprint network you may want to do your homework there.
